The course contents should consider broadly the following topics:
- The Role of Institutions in the Economic Sector;
- Rules and Institutions Governing Specific Economic Sectors;
- The Role of Government in The Economy;
- Relations with Other Economies.

Learning Objectives
The specific aim of this Course is to provide, an overview of law and economics conceived as economic law. It aims to give to the students a basic knowledge of several key topics useful in order to understand the relationship between law and economic activity.
Prerequisites
Not binding prerequisites but suggested: basic notions of private, public and EU law.
Teaching Methods
Class divided in two modules:
- General (Prof. F. Zatti);
- Seminar (in cooperation with Dott. F. Esposito, PhD candidate EUI)
