The course aims to give a complete view of the financial markets and the recent innovations in the national and international regulation concerning bonds' and stocks' markets. The first part of the course aims at analyzing several issues pertaining the fundamentals of financial markets. The second part of the course concerns the analysis of the main Securities traded in the financial markets.
