Learning Objectives
The course is intended to develop students learning on how to tackle in an operative way the problems related to human resource management in organizations. This objective will be achieved through the application of specific concepts through practical Learning tools.

COMPETENICES: Design of Human Resource Management systems and planning of the staff.
