Learning Objectives
Knowing how to figure out the specificities of agricultural production processes, of agrifood products demand and suppy.
Knowing how to analyze an agritourist farm and a farm supply system of rural tourism.
Knowing how to analyse, interpret and describe themes relating to agrifood products. Capacity of analysing the different forms of managment and signalling the quality of agri-food products,with specifics focus on BP editing and Rural Developmen Program calls partecipations
Prerequisites
Basic understandings of economics priciples and management. Teachnig courses containing prerequisites are: Economia aziendale I; Economia I (microeconomia); Economia e gestione delle imprese.
Teaching Methods
Frontal and Interactive teaching with power point presentation, seminars and practical training. Tecnical tour at facilities of the sector.

The course is held in the first semester at the Polo delle Scienze Sociali.
Type of Assessment
STUDENTS NOT ATTENDING THE CLASS: oral exam.
STUDENTS ATTENDING THE CLASS: Firts test. Written exam (open questions) at the end of the 1 module. Duration 120 minutes.
Second Test. Teamwork activities and final presentation of a deliverable based on a BP and a project proposal fulfillimg the Rural Development Progaram grant requuiremnts and priorities.
