A written compulsory exam consisting of close multiple choice and open questions. An optional oral exam (only for students who passed the written exam). These exams aim to verify: 1) the acquired knowledge related to concepts, models and instruments which have been object of the course; 2) the following skills developed by the student: ability to apply the acquired knowledge; ability to draw conclusions; ability to communicate and use an appropriate language form, ability to understand and learn; 3) the ability of the student to discuss the issues being addressed by using appropriate references to concrete business contexts.
