The aim of the course is to disseminate knowledge about management and the ways of running a business in modern times. The focus, in particular, will be on: business structures, entrepreneurship, basics of accountancy, competitive strategies.
Increasing students awareness about how business are managed and how to improve businesses' performances. To do so, the principal theories about businesses' management will be explored.
