Course Content
The course focuses on unfair competition, distinctive signs, patents and industrial design, and competition law (antitrust) with regard to domestic and EU law as well as to international conventions.
It is aimed at providing students with an in-depth knowledge of the main institutes of intellectual property law and of competition law with an understanding of the differences in the nature and functions thereof.

The purpose of the course is to provide the students with a knowledge of the main institutes and protection tools of intellectual property law and competition law.
