The objective of the course is to allow the student to know the basic content of the management decisions, with emphasis on entrepreneurial activity. The following issues will be therefore analysed:

These exams aim to verify: 1) the acquired knowledge related to concepts, models and instruments which have been object of the course; 2) the following skills developed by the student: ability to apply the acquired knowledge; ability to draw conclusions; ability to communicate and use an appropriate language form, ability to understand and learn; 3) the ability of the student to discuss the issues being addressed by using appropriate references to concrete business contexts.
