Overview of peace support operations and emergency response and recovery planning seen from decision makers' and operators' point of view. In 2020-21 academic year, lessons will be held on line on Moodle platform by Cisco Webex tool. Some lessons will be dedicated to issues such as Russia-Ukraine conflict, "Coronavirus emergency and conflict prevention", "Russia-Ukraine conflict and Covid emergency, chritical infrastructures and decision making"
