The course aims to give a complete view of the institutional framework of the Italian banking system. It aims at studying banking management and some profiles of risk management.

Learning Objectives
The course has the following objectives:
- Strengthen the knowledge about the Italian banking system and its regulation
- Strengthen the skills associated with the comprehension of the main financial operations and the typical banking risks
- Make available models and logical assessment of financial instruments offered by banks

Teaching Methods
The course is made up of lectures and debates and resolutions of case studies. Furthermore, some seminars are planned.

Type of Assessment
Written exam, with multiple choices questions about all the topics of the course in around 30 minutes. An oral test is foreseen in the next session for students who, despite having passed the written test, believe they have not received an adequate mark.
