INFORMATION AND DEADLINES - GRADUATION SESSION OF OCTOBER 2022 a.y. 2021/2022

 

1 - Submit application

 

Starting from July 8, 2022, the student will be able to submit the application for the graduation session through the online service Thesis application upload.

The application deadline is July 31, 2022

 

Last date to take exams: September 12, 2022

 

At any time prior to the start of the graduation session, the student may "cancel" the application.

 

 

2 - Consolidate application

 

Following approval by the supervisor, all graduating students by September 14, 2022, shall consolidate (reopen application, click close and submit the application and save, this way the application is consolidated).

 

With consolidation, you will be able to print the payment slip to make your graduation fee payment.

 

The system does not allow the application to be consolidated unless the ALMALAUREA QUESTIONNAIRE is filled in first

 

 

3 - Bachelor’s Degrees – Clearance

 

Bachelor's degree students do not need to upload their thesis online.

 

There is a "clearance" for bachelor's degrees (a second and final "approval" of the thesis by the supervisor).

 

The supervisor grants the clearance by September 25, 2022.

 

Once the application is consolidated, no further changes of the thesis title can be made.

 

3 - Master’s, Specialist, and V.O Degree Programs – Validation

 

Students must upload online the text of the thesis, with the abstract and the table of contents.

 

It is possible to modify the title of the thesis and the text of the thesis (full text), until the full text is validated by the supervisor.

 

The full text in its final state must be validated by the supervisor by September 25, 2022.
