Type of Assessment
Oral exam. An interview in which a reasoned examination of the topics covered by the programme is required.
There are no intermediate tests or pre-examinations.

II. The firm: 1. The entrepreneur: concept, categories; the acquisition of the status of entrepreneur; the laws applicable to the commercial entrepreneur; 2. The concern; 3. Basics of bankruptcy.
II. Business organisations. 1. The concept of business organisations; 2. Types of business organisations; 3. The società semplice (simple partnership); 4. The general partnership; 5. The limited partnership. 6. The joint stock company, including listed companies (except takeover bids); 7. The limited liability company; 8. The limited partnership by shares; 9. Cooperative companies; 10. Groups of companies and management and coordination of groups; 11. Transformation, merger and demerger; 12. Dissolution and liquidation; 13. Private international company law and EU law; 14. Other collective forms of economic activity.
The programme of the course is the same for attending and non-attending students.
