Metodi Didattici
The teaching will consist in interactive lectures following the course content, along with readings and problem sets involving students with an in-depth learning-by-doing approach. Emphasis is in practice problems and exercises, grounding the theory in the real agri-food system. the course include fields trips and laboratories.

ATTENDING STUDENTS, the outcome of activities and applications carried out during the course will also be taken into account into the final evaluation.
Programma del corso
The course a broad introduction to social farming. It gives students with limited familiarity of social farming, a basic understanding of the concept, of the scale of the sector and of its place in wider developments and in both green care and health and social care generally underlyng the effects and benefits of working on social farms for different target groups. The course programm includes modules on the theories and ideas underpinning the concept and practice of social farming and on practical aspects such as the seven key target groups in turn and explore in detail elements such as general characteristics, particular benefits of social farming for each target groups. The course will deals with the topic of social entrepreneurship in social farming,
